  • 1. Operate rivet buster at 90 psi. 30 CFM Required
  • 2. Keep steady pressure and avoid blank firing.
  • 3. Keep cutting edge on steel as sharp as possible.
  • 4. Inspect upper and lower sleeves for wear. Replace upper when the inner surface feels wavy. Replace lower sleeve when inner edge becomes rough or starts to peen over.
  • 5. Change rubber bumper on lower sleeve every 4 hours and poly bumpers at least every other day.
  • 6. Lubricate tools a 6' to 8' leader hose (1/2" air hose) with an in-line oiler should be used.
